Each fraternity and sorority at Florida State has varying GPA requirements and incentive programs to promote academic excellence. Academics are a priority for Greek members because a founding principle for all Greek organizations is scholarship.

Members of fraternities and sororites also become members of honorary organizations such as Order of Omega, Garnet & Gold Key, and Omicron Delta Kappa which further recognize their commitment to academic achievement.
