Fall Recruitment 2012
August 19-26, 2012
Recruitment is a week designed for undergraduate women to visit all 16 sororities. Throughout the week, you will have to the opportunity to speak with members about their sororities and become familiar with their values, ideals, and activities. There are four rounds that you will attend over the course of the week: Scholarship Round, Service Round, Leadership Round, and Sisterhood Round. The final day is Bid Day.
Registration will be open from April 13 - August 11
Online registration is REQUIRED in order to participate in Fall Recruitment. Registration is online and opens on April 13, 2012. Registration will close on August 11, 2012 at 11:59pm. There are fees charged with registration which increase throughout the summer, so register early to get the lowest rate!

Campus Housing and Sorority Recruitment
Women pre-registered to participate in sorority recruitment who will be living in an on campus residence hall for the 2012-2013 academic year will be permitted to move into their residence hall room on Sunday, August 19, 2012 from 1PM – 4PM. After registering for Recruitment, your registration will be shared with University Housing to verify that you are living on campus and to guarantee access to moving in early on Sunday, August 19. The only step you need to take to be granted this early move-in access is to register for Recruitment. Panhellenic will take care of the rest.
